The Centre for Development Studies and Action (CDSA), established in 2011, is dedicated to empowering socially, educationally, and financially excluded groups, with a particular emphasis on women, female children, youth, and persons with disabilities.
CDSA is a rights-based organization founded by a team of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the development sector. Our mission is to build a robust network of individuals across rural and urban areas, engaging in various domains such as skill development, financial inclusion, training, capacity building, model-building, policy analysis, collaborative research, and advocacy.
Our strategy includes collaboration with state governments, corporates, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote social change and participatory democracy. We focus on education, awareness, democratic mobilization, advocacy, and empowerment, with a special emphasis on training programs for women and female children. Committed to the principles of liberty, equality, and fraternity, CDSA strives to create a just society where everyone, especially women and female children, can thrive.
